Niwaki Sharpening Stones

Fantastic sharpening stones specially designed for all Niwaki garden tools from secateurs to snips, shears and the entire line of Japanese steel hand tools. The concave edge follows the curve of the blade perfectly, and they’re small enough to get into tight spots. For best use the golden rule is to soak thoroughly each time before use on steel, the stones are fragile so use on a soft surface as they make crack easily if dropped. Pro Tip: Use the #1000 grit for a few minutes every week to keep your secateurs in top condition.
