  • Source FF&E and develop design presentations
  • Develop presentation boards for conceptual and schematic design
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, millwork, and construction drawings
  • Work with architect partners
  • Place and manage orders, budget and track deliveries
  • Manage certain aspects of a project from concept development to final installation
  • Assist and/or oversee project installations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in interior design
  • 3-5 years design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Proficiency in SketchUp or equivalent 3D rendering program is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent of 2D rendering program for presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Numbers Proficiency in Keynote for presentation boards

Job Description:

  • Welcome every Client that enters the store.
  • Master product knowledge and brand inspiration — tell the Elizabeth Stuart story.
  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients and designers
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Establish lasting Client relationships through thorough outreach and follow up
  • Maintain the distinct ESD aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
  • Perform store opening and closing duties.
  • Partner with the store team to execute, achieve and exceed the goals of the store.
  • Accurately execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, shipping merchandise and maintaining the look of the showroom.
  • Participate in store functions as directed by the store management such as floor sets, client events, store meetings and physical inventory.
  • Strong Work ethic with the ability to stay on top of multiple projects at once
  • 1+ years of retail client service and sales experience
  • Contemporary sense of style and culture
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with and as a team
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • 3-5 years design experience
